Using bitcoin in a sovereign and private manner when living out of a suitcase can be a real pain in the ass. Nodl cloud is a lifesaver for someone conducting their day-to-day financial transactions in bitcoin who can’t guarantee they can reach a full node when they may most need it.

Customer from mid 2019. At first used the nodl to understand lighting and give it a try. Opened channels, figured out what liquidity was, sent some payments… All a pain but definitely having the hands-on experience made the whole difference, especially so early since most tools available today were not even an idea. That experience made me understand enough the LN ecosystem and eventually led me to win deals for my business. Today it sits in an undisclosed location, but at hand, I use it for whirlpool/dojo, to connect HW wallets and of course for lightning payments. I like that it never stops working, that you don’t have clutter running next to your stash, Hardware is top notch and upgrades are offered when needed.
